Winnr HAF Paid Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair and transparent as possible with cancellations.

1. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 1 working days before the start date of the booking to receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 1 working days before the start date may not be eligible for a full refund, as food, staffing, and resources will already have been purchased in preparation.

2. Mid-Week Cancellations

  • If a child does not attend on one or more booked days, we cannot issue refunds for those missed days unless notice was given prior to the start of the week.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

  • We recognise that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. In such cases, refunds may be considered at the discretion of Winnr Management.

4. Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds should be processed within 5 working days and returned via the original payment method.
